NOTICE: Network Maintenance on March 3

On Monday March 3, from about 4:30pm to 10:30pm, some planned network maintenance may cause our phones, website, and SmartHub mobile app to be temporarily unavailable.  If you need to report an outage and are unable to get through on your first attempt, please wait 10-15 minutes and try again. We appreciate your patience and understanding while this necessary work is performed.

Thank you to our members

Thank you for your patience and understanding throughout the winter storm! Due in part to your efforts to conserve electricity, together we were able to help safeguard the electric grid. We are grateful our co-op members are willing to work with us for the best possible outcome during challenging times. Your efforts made a difference! Although we are no longer urging electric conservation for system reliability, you may want to voluntarily practice energy efficiency measures to help reduce the extreme weather impacts on your upcoming electric bills.

A PEAK ALERT REMAINS IN EFFECT

The PEAK ALERT continues until 9:00am Friday, February 21. Due to the extreme cold, our wholesale power provider requests that you conserve energy now to reduce load on our electric grid by lowering your thermostat a few degrees, turning off and unplugging any non-essential electric devices and alternating the use of major appliances such as your washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven and even water heater.

Working together, we can make a difference. YOUR help is needed to beat the peak.
