HOEC Linemen are working to restore power to more than 1,300 members currently without across the service area due to high winds. As they travel to the locations to identify issues and make repairs, they are met with trees and limbs across roadways and other obstacles blown in with the wind. At headquarters the phones continue to ring and are being answered as quickly as possible.
