The 86th Annual Meeting of Howell-Oregon Electric Cooperative will be held at the West Plains Civic Center on Friday May 2nd, 2025, at 7:00pm. To allow our team time to prepare, the HOEC business office will close at 1:00pm that day.
The Civic Center doors will open at 4:30pm for registration of members, and the Kids Zone and Food Line (hamburger or hot dog) will also begin at that time. At 5:30pm Molly Clair and Company will perform bluegrass, country, and gospel music.
During the Business Meeting we will take action on the following matters:
- To act upon reports of officers, directors and committees.
- To elect four (4) directors of the Cooperative.
- To act upon proposed amendments to the Cooperative's Bylaws.
Following the meeting, Door Prize Drawings will be held (registered member must be present to win).
