
We now have 1,749 members without power from today's storms. Dispatchers are aware of the outages and crews are working on them. You can report an outage using the SmartHub App or the SmartHub link on our site. If you see a red message stating that "we are working to resolve outages in your area" we are already aware of it and no report is needed. We have heard that some members are seeing an "error displaying outages" instead of the red message; this issue is being worked on by our software provider for an upcoming update. Always keep your SmartHub app updated to get any software fixes or new features.
