HOEC Crews have been out working on outages most of the night and we are getting members restored. In some cases it is just checking out the line for damage and turning a breaker back on that might have gotten tripped by lightning. In other cases, there are trees down making it difficult to get to the locations without power and needing the limbs and trees cut off the lines to repair the wires that might be damaged. We currently have 1,198 members without power from Dora to West Plains/Peace Valley/Willow Springs all the way east to Alton. If you need to report a continued outage or check the status of your outage, you may do so on the SmartHub mobile app or our website www.hoecoop.org. You may also call 417-256-2131 or toll-free 888-HOE-POWER. Stay safe and always stay away from downed power lines. Thank you for your patience.
