UPDATE: Sho-Me crews at the substation discovered a snake in the equipment caused the outage.
We have 1246 members without power in the Trask area between Willow Springs and Mtn View. Our crews have discovered that the outage is in the substation. The substation is owned and maintained by Sho-Me Power and they have crews on the way to do repairs. At this time, we are experiencing a very high number of phone calls so some calls may not be able to get through. Be assured that we are already aware of which members are without power at this time due to this substation issue. We appreciate your patience while Sho-Me crews work to resolve the issue.
