Pictured is some of the damage from the storms that moved through the service area overnight. Crews are finding downed trees and limbs sometimes on the way to the outage location. We have 1,095 members without power and crews are working the lines to find the trouble. Thank you for your patience.
HOEC Crews have been out working on outages most of the night and we are getting members restored. In some cases it is just checking out the line for damage and turning a breaker back on that might have gotten tripped by lightning.
Due to the storms and lightning, we currently have over 1200 members without power across our service area. Dispatch is aware of the outages and has dispatched crews. As these storms move through we might have additional issues.
The average daily cost of electricity is about $5… that’s less than a latte from your favorite coffee shop! We get it - you need your daily caffeine fix (we do too).
