Mobile App

HOEC members have a new way to view usage, pay bills, and manage HOEC accounts from iPhone or Android smartphones. Nearly all of the features of our website's SmartHub interface are now available in the FREE SmartHub app, using the same login email and password for fast, secure access. Users can select account notifications, and power outages may also be reported directly from the app.

To download the free SmartHub app:

  • If you're reading this on your smartphone, just touch the QR code below.
  • If you're viewing this on your computer, open your smartphone's camera app and point it at the computer screen to capture the QR code below.
  • Or open the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store on your phone and search for "SmartHub" and download the app with the icon shown below.

When you open the SmartHub app for the first time, it will ask you to select your provider. Search By Name and enter "Howell" in the search box, then select Howell-Oregon Electric Cooperative in the search results.

After you have saved HOEC as the provider, you'll be prompted to log in.

  • If you have already registered through our website, you'll use the SAME email address and password to log in to the SmartHub App.
  • If you haven't set up a login yet, the SmartHub App will allow you to register. You'll need to provide some details from your HOEC billing statement.
