April 20-24 is Work Zone Awareness Week. Let's work together to prioritize safety on the roads, especially for roadside utility and construction crews.

Howell-Oregon Electric Cooperative is seeking a highly organized, motivated and safety-conscious individual who is currently pursuing, or has completed, a degree or certification in linework or a related field.

Internship starting in June 2026 and ending in October 2026.

Primary responsibilities will include:

HOEC will host its 87th Annual Meeting at West Plains Civic Center on Friday, May 1, 2026. The office will close at 1:00 pm. Then at the Civic Center doors will open at 4:30 pm. Food and entertainment start at 5:00 pm, with displays, attendance gifts, and prizes, as well as the Kids Zone.
