Progress Report

After yesterday afternoon's storms knocked out electricity to more than 1,450 HOEC members, our crews went to work restoring power. As of 8:00am this morning, just 78 members remain without power, with the majority of those being in the Dora area. Crews continue to work and deal with the damage the storms left behind. We appreciate the patience of our members while crews work to restore all power.

Outages Update

We are down to 431 members without power in our service area. Members across the area in Willow Springs, Dora, West Plains, Alton, Olden, Vanzant and Pomona are without power. The numbers are decreasing but we know there are members still without power. Thank you for your patience as our crews work through the issues to restore power safely to all our members.

Storm Outages Status

We have 1,459 members without power in Vanzant, Dora, Willow Springs, Cull, Alton and Olden after the storms blew through. Dispatch is aware of the outages and crews have been dispatched. During large outages phones are inundated with calls and getting through may be difficult. Use the SmartHub app or SmartHub link on this website to report outages with no waiting (and see if we already know about your outage). Stay away from downed power lines. Thank you for your patience.
