Dispatch is aware of the outages and crews are being dispatched. Please note, during large outages  phones are inundated with calls and getting through may be difficult. HOEC will host its 87th Annual Meeting at West Plains Civic Center on Friday, May 1, 2026. The office will close at 1:00 pm. Then at the Civic Center doors will open at 4:30 pm. Food and entertainment start at 5:00 pm, with displays, attendance gifts, and prizes, as well as the Kids Zone.
