We currently have 293 members without power from Dora, Vanzant and West Plains. Dispatch is aware of the outages and crews have been dispatched. Always stay away from downed power lines. Thank you for your patience as we work through these outages due to the storms.

HOEC will host its 87th Annual Meeting at West Plains Civic Center on Friday, May 1, 2026. The office will close at 1:00 pm. Then at the Civic Center doors will open at 4:30 pm. Food and entertainment start at 5:00 pm, with displays, attendance gifts, and prizes, as well as the Kids Zone.
